Borile Motorcycles Ducati will have to compensate for the loss of image, but the Court recognizes the veracity of the claims of Borile. Dunque…
Indeed, when Ducati has officially announced its Scrambler, Borile issued a statement vitriolic in which he denounced the treatment by the Bologna company to house artisan, guilty of not having the most respected trade agreement previously taken regarding the development of the Scrambler Borile.
Since that agreement, in fact, i tempi – e la proprietà di Ducati – erano cambiati e un prodotto che non sembrava allettare l’azienda bolognese è diventato poi nodale. Ducati has also stated that it has begun development of its Scrambler in 2009, quando – secondo Borile – fino al 2011 never made reference to this possibility.
Personally I find that some steps are still unclear and for that I can only agree on one thing with Borile Motorcycles: Ducati should make known its position not only through the work of its lawyers, but calmly explaining his case to fans.
