I attended the presentation of NOS Helmets, New Italian brand of mid-priced helmets that arrives in stores these days with a well-made product range and an aggressive price list. Conosciamolo meglio.

NOS Helmets, another brand of helmets?

As a helmet brands in recent years we have seen it coming a lot 'especially from the Far East. Many disappear just as quickly. Interesting color possibilities. My first impressions: What I have seen good and what is missing

During the presentation I was able to touch and wear the full range and the overall impression is very positive. Obviously it is a very superficial tests and to discover defects such scuciture or squeaks or detachments should use the helmet for at least a few months, but I can say that the finishes do not appear at all in its price class e che, then, the effort to obtain a product with high quality / price ratio is tangible. Particularly pleasant are the fabrics and colors (I was always a fan of Monochrome, lo ammetto) and the padding gives the idea of being snug and maybe a little’ hot (It will be the summer?). I also enjoyed the presence of all the interior seams with a filo green which it has been called "Green NOS" and that in fact is a distinctive brand. It indicates a certain attention to detail, as the embossed logo and removable flap under the chin. Another aspect is the non-negligible weight. All models I Parsis rather light, even the modular, on which I might have preferred to see the retention double-D instead of the micrometric strap as was chosen for athletes NS7. But this is a choice in line with the best competitors. I do not really like the design of the Sun-Visor command, a little 'too' present ', but the important thing is its effectiveness. As a good goldeneye, I appreciated that the design of the interior present in a correspondence of the temples of the eyeglasses channel. What is missing, instead, Still some model range in particular in the "adventure" and enduro, but I think it's a matter of time and will come and maybe even a whole unsual design’ the old school who would see well with monochromatic colors chosen.
