Askoll ES3 Ages: how it is and how it goes?

The electric scooter Askoll ES3 It is increasingly becoming a protagonist of our cities. In larger centers like Milan is popular mainly thanks to sharing services such as scooter Moreover the eCooltra. My impression is that often those who often uses car starts to appreciate it and then decide to comprarsene one. I tried ex1, ES3 and s2 and the timing of their launch, but since then it has already been four years and Askoll decided it was time for evolution. Thus it was born the Ages version which has more equipment which features the new digital display, a more polished look with a more comfortable saddle and double, but in fact it does not alter the basic idea good, namely that of a practical and functional electric scooter.

The name can be misleading – species because combined with a technological product as an electric scooter – eppure The Askoll is an Italian company, I would say an Italian excellence. It is located in Dueville, at the gates of Vicenza and is born in 1978 thanks to the intuition of the founder Elio Marioni to apply the technology to synchronous electric motors and thus obtain smaller thrusters, with fewer components and more efficient final. Before entering the world of mobility with pedal assisted bikes and scooters, Askoll has built reputation (and turnover) in components for household appliances and especially in the world of aquariums. Today has six plants in Italy, then in Brazil, China, Mexico, Romania and Slovakia.

I tested the Evo ES3 in the city and extra-urban routes both in Milan, both Vicenza as you will see in the video I will publish in the coming days and dedicated to this beautiful city.

In summary, What I like dell'eS3 Ages?

• Quality construction: It is well designed and built.
• Practical, lightweight and cheap to (45 EUR / year maintenance, not to roll 5 years)
• motor starting
• Braking with double disc
• Batteries and removable charger

And I do not like?

• Suspension little filtering: soft front, hard behind
• Look for improvement
• It lacks a little’ of extension
