I tried the Moto Guzzi V7 III Stone S

The most classic of Moto Guzzi bikes in a limited edition, la Stone S. Beautiful and tasty, I tell everything about a bike valid for everyone that has reached full maturity.

The Moto Guzzi V7 it is the most classic interpretation of Mandello's style. You see and recognize it immediately, you know it's a Guzzi point. Introduced in 2008 immediately convinced for the style, less for technical aspects still too tied to the models that preceded it, namely Nevada and Breva 750. In the years, however,, the enthusiastic response from the market pushed Moto Guzzi to refine more and more the V7 which became the V7 II in the 2014 and therefore V7 III, the series subject of this test and marketed by 2017.

Among the many versions, the most popular is the Stone, a label that in Mandello is given to the basic models equipped with matte paint and alloy wheels. Many from this staging, both professional customizers and simple enthusiasts, they then left for stylistic customizations. Here the same house on the lake has gradually proposed aesthetic variants over the years. Per il 2020 introduced this V7 III Stone S, a’limited edition to 750 specimens therefore exclusive – as they say in these cases – but not prohibitive: 9.320 Euro the asking price, against the 8.120 of the Stone.

This is the data sheet on the official website.

I had already got to “squeeze” the Moto Guzzi V7 III during my participation in the Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance Trophy, an exceptional experience that I told in the video that I report below. it was my first race ever and it's such a fun formula that it made me want to come back. I didn't think I would like it so much!

In my review, I tell you everything there is to know about the Moto Guzzi V7 III Stone S., I take you with me on a road test and answer the questions you sent me via social networks. Infine, as usual, I list the likes and dislikes of the Moto Guzzi V7 Stone S and specifically for whom I recommend it.

In many, however,, they asked me for a comparison with the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 I recently tried. So next week do not miss the first episode of a new format that I have baptized “Which I Choose?” precisely to respond to this age-old dilemma.

Good vision,
